Founding Engineer

Meticulate is seeking a second Founding Engineer to join their team of co-founders and engineers. In this role, you will have significant ownership over product development, working on various aspects of the codebase, and tackling complex technical challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Enjoy building transformational tools for a fast-paced customer set
• Creating 'non-traditional' data streams on companies and people / deriving useful structured data from unstructured text
• A system that learns preferences from sparse customer product interactions (overrides, upvotes/downvotes) and automatically iterates towards better messaging
• Building robust infrastructure for sending outbound messages that can scale to the level that our customers operate at (many thousands / day, 100k’s of LLM calls/day)
• Figuring out how our outreach engine can use non-traditional selling channels (SMS, direct mail) in addition to emails & phone calls to give our customers a competitive advantage
