Mechanical Project Manager

KCB Consulting Solutions LLC is a project management and consulting firm specializing in comprehensive solutions for annual CapEx programs and equipment replacements. They are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects, including building services, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Managing budgets
• Procurement of materials
• Working closely with contractors
• Ensuring compliance with project requirements
• Delivering projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Building Services, HVAC, and Mechanical equipment with a strong understanding of operational systems and maintenance
• Experience with Procurement and Budgeting, including contract negotiation and resource allocation
• Background in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on project design, implementation, and troubleshooting, is a plus
• Effective communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams remotely
• Proficiency with project management tools and engineering software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
