Corpsoft Solutions is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to enhance communication and ensure alignment with client goals. The role involves managing product delivery, maintaining quality, and driving improvements in processes to support product success.
Responsibilities:
- Driving clear, structured, and proactive communication with clients through written updates, reporting, and calls
- Ensuring delivery stays aligned with the client’s product goals, user needs, and business priorities
- Taking ownership of planning and scope management, ensuring both the team and client understand progress, risks, and next steps
- Control the quality and consistency of all deliverables – no gaps, no surprises
- Thinking beyond tasks – focusing on how delivery supports the product’s success
- Analyzing delivery performance and continuously pushing for improvement in process, outcomes, and alignment with the product vision. (Always asking: What is blocking progress? How do we remove this today?)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing digital products or software delivery
- English level – C1
- Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and other mgmt frameworks
- Strong product thinking – understanding how delivery decisions impact user value and business outcomes
- Outstanding communication, escalation, and expectation management skills
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

- Solid understanding of business environments and ability to align delivery with business goals
