Senior Staff Product Designer, Agentic Commerce

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, aiming to increase the GDP of the internet. They are seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer for Agentic Commerce to lead design efforts, shape product strategy, and build transformative products for merchants and consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Explore, shape, and communicate a compelling product vision alongside product and engineering teammates
• Design and iterate on ambiguous product experiences for merchants, agents, and consumers
• Work directly with senior leadership to communicate progress and evolve our strategy

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company
• Impeccable visual and interaction design skills
• Skilled at operating independently to turn ambiguous, horizontal problems into simple, intuitive solutions
• Confident presenting work to company leadership and skilled at communicating design decisions through clear, compelling storytelling
• Experienced in leading peer designers, either as a design manager or senior IC
