Vice President of Product Management

ALTEK Technology Company is a healthcare blockchain and digital technology services company focused on delivering secure, scalable, and technology-driven healthcare solutions. The Vice President of Product Management is responsible for defining and leading the company's global product strategy and overseeing the full product lifecycle to ensure alignment between business strategy, market needs, and technology execution.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead ALTEK Technology Company’s global product strategy across healthcare blockchain solutions, digital healthcare platforms, and enterprise technology services
• Translate business objectives and healthcare market opportunities into a clear, scalable product roadmap
• Identify new product opportunities aligned with healthcare innovation, digital transformation, and regulatory developments
• Ensure product strategy supports long-term growth, platform scalability, and competitive differentiation
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, launch, and continuous optimization
• Partner with engineering, healthcare technology, compliance, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric products
• Ensure timely delivery of product releases aligned with quality, security, compliance, and performance standards
• Drive agile product development processes and execution discipline
• Lead development of blockchain-enabled healthcare products, digital service platforms, and data infrastructure solutions
• Enhance platform capabilities including secure data management, interoperability, digital identity, analytics, and workflow automation
• Integrate advanced technologies such as blockchain, AI, data intelligence, and automation into product design and architecture
• Continuously improve product competitiveness within the digital healthcare ecosystem
• Collaborate closely with engineering, healthcare operations, compliance, security, and business teams
• Align product development with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and cross-jurisdictional requirements
• Facilitate communication between executive leadership and product teams
• Support global product deployment and localization strategies
• Champion a user-centric approach to healthcare product design and development
• Optimize usability, accessibility, and engagement across healthcare providers, enterprise users, and platform stakeholders
• Incorporate feedback from clients, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners into product improvements
• Ensure products address the operational and security needs of modern healthcare environments
• Ensure all products align with healthcare regulatory standards, security frameworks, and internal governance policies
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to support healthcare technology and blockchain-related initiatives
• Identify and mitigate product-related operational, cybersecurity, privacy, and technology risks
• Maintain high standards of data security, system reliability, and regulatory compliance
• Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and product analytics frameworks
• Use data insights to inform product prioritization, enhancements, and strategic decisions
• Monitor product adoption, engagement, operational impact, and revenue contribution
• Drive continuous product optimization based on measurable business outcomes
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global product management team
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence
• Develop product management capabilities, operational processes, and leadership pipelines
• Promote cross-functional alignment across technology, healthcare operations, and executive leadership

Requirements:

• 20+ years of progressive experience in product management, platform development, or product leadership within healthcare technology, digital platforms, enterprise software, fintech, or related industries
• Proven success building and scaling complex technology products in regulated or high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of digital healthcare systems, blockchain technology, data infrastructure, and platform architecture
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional global teams
• Expertise in product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models)
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, Computer Science, or related field required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
