IDC is a premier global provider of trusted technology intelligence, and they are seeking a highly analytical Senior HR Analytics Analyst to support Corporate Data & Reporting into People and Talent analytics. This role focuses on building workforce performance metrics and delivering insights to inform strategic decision-making across HR, Finance, and business leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale People Analytics reporting and dashboards, aligned to enterprise KPI standards
- Partner with HR and business leaders to define and track key talent metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, hiring, workforce trends)
- Integrate data across HR systems, financial systems, and other platforms to create a single, reliable view of workforce data
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready materials
- Support the establishment of data governance, definitions, and data quality standards for HR metrics
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance analysis, insight generation, and efficiency
- Align People metrics with broader enterprise reporting and performance frameworks
Requirements:
- Strong experience working across multiple data sources and systems, including HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel; SQL or similar querying experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools) to improve productivity and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building or scaling reporting, dashboards, or analytics frameworks
- SQL or similar querying experience preferred
