Together AI is a research-driven artificial intelligence company focused on creating innovative and transparent AI systems. They are seeking a highly analytical Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to optimize the lead-to-revenue funnel and enhance business performance through data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Funnel Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate integrated dashboards that provide actionable insights into the entire customer journey, from initial marketing touchpoints to closed-won sales
- Performance Analysis: Analyze data across the full tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics) to identify trends, conversion bottlenecks, and high-growth opportunities
- Attribution & ROI: Collaborate with finance and leadership to refine attribution models, ensuring clear visibility into marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline and overall ROI
- Forecasting: Define and track key performance indicators (MQLs, SQLs, Win Rates, CAC, LTV) to provide accurate revenue forecasts and identify potential risks
- Tech Stack Management: Oversee and optimize our integrated technology stack, including Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and sales engagement tools (e.g., MixMax)
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable workflows for lead routing, lead scoring, and automated nurturing programs to ensure seamless handoffs between teams
- Data Integrity: Maintain a "source of truth" by ensuring data cleanliness, implementing data enrichment strategies, and managing audience segmentation for targeted campaigns
- Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on definitions, goals, and execution strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations or Business Intelligence, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Expert-level experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRMs (Salesforce)
- Proven ability to create impactful dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills are required; proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for advanced data extraction is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of funnel mechanics, lead management, and the tactical requirements of sales and marketing alignment
