RuShaM IT Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and systems-driven Event Marketing Manager II to support large-scale third-party event programs within a fast-paced B2B technology environment. This role focuses on operational excellence and process optimization rather than onsite event execution.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize scalable workflows for third-party event programs
- Build and maintain project plans, tracking templates, communication roadmaps, and accountability matrices
- Create detailed SOPs and operational documentation for repeatable event processes
- Manage backend event operations and reporting across enterprise systems
- Partner with Marketing Operations teams to support lead capture, routing, and CRM integration workflows
- Maintain data accuracy, reporting structures, and event metrics within Salesforce and related tools
- Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and compliance processes
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Event Operations, Marketing Operations, or Project Management
- Strong experience working in enterprise/B2B technology environments
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM, Asana, and RainFocus (or similar event registration platforms)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and reporting skills
- Experience creating SOPs, operational workflows, and tracking systems
- Strong understanding of data tracking, lead management, and reporting processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting operational infrastructure and event logistics planning
- Experience with Drupal or related content/event management tools
- Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
