About this role
We are seeking a local professional to lead business analysis and testing oversight for complex technology initiatives.
Position Overview
- Location: Lansing, MI (525 West Allegan Street)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days a week from Day 1. No fully remote option).
- Geographic Constraint: Local candidates ONLY (Must reside within 1 1.5 hours of Lansing at the time of application).
- Interview Process: Strictly In-Person. Candidates must be available to interview on-site in Lansing.
Key Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Enterprise Business Analysis: 7+ years of experience as an IT BA driving requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, and mapping processes for large-scale enterprise projects.
- Azure DevOps (ADO): 2+ years of hands-on experience using ADO for backlog grooming, writing user stories, sprint tracking, and dashboard reporting.
- QA & UAT Leadership: Deep, hands-on experience defining test strategies, collaborating with QA teams, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong QA experience is a must!
- Agile/SDLC Mastery: 2+ years working within Scrum/Kanban frameworks and actively participating in all Agile ceremonies.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder and executive-level communication skills. You must be able to seamlessly bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)
- Experience in multi-team Agile environments (e.g., SAFe).
- Technical familiarity with SQL, APIs, data integrations, or CI/CD pipelines.
