SoftServe is a company focused on innovative technology solutions, and they are seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive efforts in Digital Twins, Physical AI, and Agentic AI. The role involves creating scalable solutions, engaging with clients, and defining product strategies to convert concepts into market-ready products.
Responsibilities:
- Be a driving force behind converting early concept of NVIDIA-powered AI solutions to market-ready products, translate NVIDIA’s cutting-edge tech capabilities into repeatable, scalable enterprise solutions
- Work closely with client and development teams in design and creation of the Digital Twins, Simulation, Agentic AI based solutions
- Engage directly with enterprise clients and NVIDIA field teams to co-define use cases in autonomous systems, intelligent vision, and agentic AI workflows
- Work with established and proven technologies, mixed with strategic use of advanced technologies to address customers' needs as a part of global company and multinational team
- Dig into industry verticals, meet and talk to prospects to learn what they value, and help them achieve the best results quickly
- Learn and develop yourself in Technical Product Management in close collaboration with experts in the field
- Grow as a Technical Product Leader at the intersection of AI research and enterprise software, with direct access to NVIDIA technology and partner resources
- Define buying journey, review and shape Value proposition and prepare materials and participate in pre-sales activities
- Create and conduct product demos and presentations for specific target audience (incl. external audience)
Requirements:
- Hands-on technical experience and deep understanding of the business value created by Digital Twins, Simulations, Physical AI and Agentic AI powered solutions and products is a must
- Experience with analyzing industry verticals (manufacturing, logistics, retail, smart cities, healthcare) for Physical AI and Vision AI adoption patterns
- Readiness to show repeatability & accelerator mindset, with experience packaging bespoke solutions into repeatable accelerators, reference architectures, or solution kits — reducing time-to-value for new client engagements
- Proficiency with demo environments, benchmark suites, integration templates, and client onboarding playbooks built on NVIDIA stack
- Hands-on experience with the SDLC, agile project methodologies, and how the product roadmap is implemented in this iterative process
- 2+ years of technical Product Management (i.e. creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams) or having experience working in sales & marketing for product company
- Familiarity with Technology Commercialization methodologies and successful launch/introduction to the market of technology driven innovative products is a plus
- Openness to prioritize the business value of all features/problems using appropriate validation technique
- Readiness for supporting Go-To-Market strategy development
- Proficiency with identifying strategic partnerships opportunities with Universities and Scientific Institutions and coordinating groups of students, executing joint research projects between SoftServe and Academia, ensuring value delivery
