As an Insurance Sales Account Manager, you will build relationships, provide personalized advice, and expand clients' insurance portfolios while working in a supportive and enthusiastic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Develop an understanding of client needs to provide bespoke insurance solutions
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by cross-selling and upselling insurance products
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Morningside Insurance Group’s offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients
- Compliance: Adhere to all necessary regulations and standards within the insurance industry
- Communication: Engage with clients through phone and email correspondences, ensuring transparency and professional interactions
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Must have a customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting client needs
- Proven ability to remain productive and engaged in a fully remote setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market conditions

- Possession of an active Iowa Property & Casualty License is preferred but not mandatory to apply
