Responsible for managing Accounts and growing the PT business in a profitable way, not only expanding the actual client base, but also expanding our product portfolio there, with an optimized pricing strategy, in line with strategic guidelines.
Developing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, understanding needs and requirements, preparing customized solutions.
Visit existing clients/stores to evaluate needs, train Sales Floor Staff and control POS materials.
Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
Reporting on accounts development, by tackling identified pain points, seizing new opportunities, and adapting sales forecasts accordingly.
Identifying and sharing new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
Creating promotional plans for each client, being responsible for its implementation and evaluation.
Analyzing the market and competitors.
Requirements
3-5 years of account management or sales experience with a track record of growing client relationships and revenue
Strong relationship builder who understands client needs and develops tailored solutions
Commercial thinker who can identify growth opportunities and make decisions based on profitability and strategy
Fluent in Portuguese and English – essential to work with our PT market (other EU languages a plus)
Hands-on and practical – comfortable visiting clients, training teams, and managing day-to-day relationships
Results focused – organized, able to track performance, and adapt strategies to hit goal.
Valid Driving License.
