Apex IT is a global consulting firm that provides award-winning services to transform customer, employee, and student experiences. They are seeking a versatile and driven Marketing Manager to support brand awareness, demand generation, partner marketing, digital campaigns, events, and marketing operations across the Oracle and Salesforce ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage marketing content including social media, email campaigns, blogs, webinars, customer stories, presentations, and event materials
- Design graphics and digital assets using Canva, AI-powered tools, or similar platforms
- Support demand generation initiatives through multi-channel marketing campaigns and targeted messaging
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and positioning across all marketing initiatives
- Research industry trends and develop relevant thought leadership content
- Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead activity, and ROI to improve execution and marketing effectiveness
- Support lead tracking, reporting, and marketing operations processes
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve content creation, personalization, efficiency, and campaign performance
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights
- Collaborate with Oracle, Salesforce, and partner alliance teams on joint campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
- Support planning and execution of webinars, conferences, executive events, and partner programs
- Assist with event logistics, attendee communications, campaign promotion, and post-event follow-up
- Coordinate event materials including signage, booth assets, presentations, and promotional items
- Assist on-site at events as needed to support execution and attendee experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or professional services environments
- Experience supporting digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and event marketing initiatives
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, or enterprise technology ecosystems is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Experience with CRM and lead tracking platforms
- Experience with Canva, AI-powered content/design tools, and social media platforms
- Experience with project management tools such as Smart Sheet or similar platforms
- Experience with reporting dashboards or analytics tools is a plus
