Automox is a fast-growing leader in modern IT operations, seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative to join their team. The role involves converting inbound leads into opportunities for the inside sales team while building relationships with prospects and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Automox’s continuing growth as an IT operations market leader
- Meet inbound prospects at their point of interest and build relationships
- Drive to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and opportunity goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, build value, and earn the confidence of every lead
- Collaborate with Account Executives to continuously improve velocity and quality
- Master our sales-tech, notably Salesforce, Outreach, and Nooks
- Work with an amazing team of passionate people
- Attend in person events to engage prospects, represent the company, and help generate new leads
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience prospecting new business in B2B SaaS
- Persistent drive for results, positive, energetic, goal-oriented, self-starter
- Active listener with professional written and oral communication skills
- Confident conversational phone persona
- Passion to inform and educate IT buyers
- Must be able to pass a federal, state, county background check
- Complete a local in-person verification
