Julius Clinical is a global provider of clinical and epidemiological services, and they are seeking a Business Development Director to accelerate company growth in the US. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities in infectious diseases and requires building strong relationships with stakeholders to develop tailored solutions and support sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead significant sales efforts and develop strategic partnerships with IDV-related sponsors
- Manage high-value client accounts and ensure client satisfaction
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and growth initiatives
- Represent the company at high-level industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Carry sales targets, with responsibility for developing and closing sales opportunities
- Participate in the proposal process, providing advanced strategic input and direction
- Responsible for closing sales awards, developing sales presentations, and leading bid defense meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with sponsors with infectious disease / vaccines pipeline
- 5+ years in Business Development or sales in a CRO or other clinical trials related industry
- Proven track record in leading sales efforts and managing high-value accounts
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen
