They are seeking a seasoned business development professional to identify and close new business with Medicare Advantage health plans, translating AI capabilities into clear ROI for plan executives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business with Medicare Advantage health plans — VP of Risk Adjustment, Chief Medical Officers, VP of Analytics
- Build and manage a pipeline of MA plan prospects from outreach through contract signature
- Translate Chista's AI capabilities into clear ROI for plan executives (RAF score improvement, revenue capture, audit readiness)
- Represent Chista at industry events — RISE, AHIP, and regional MA conferences
- Own your territory — this is a hunter role, not account management
