Legal AI Product Manager (Attorney) @ The Suite

The L Suite is a rapidly scaling startup dedicated to empowering in-house counsel with peer-driven intelligence. They are seeking a Legal AI Product Manager (Attorney) to lead the evolution of their AI co-pilot for legal teams, focusing on improving product features and driving go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the evolution of Lloyd, our community-powered AI co-pilot for in-house legal teams
• Be the primary user and architect of Lloyd’s system prompts
• Diagnose and improve response quality, identifying content gaps
• Rapidly iterate on features in close collaboration with engineering
• Ship code and design directly
• Run design partner programs
• Translate member feedback into actionable product improvements
• Drive go-to-market efforts and advocate for Lloyd across channels
• Ensure the product remains at the forefront of AI advancements

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of legal experience spanning both big law and in-house roles
• Proven track record of shipping AI skills, agents, or workflows
• Strong written communication
• High agency
• Community mindset
