Description:
- The person will be reviewing billing that comes from the utilities against the billing system to verify what was billed, what was paid and sometimes reconciling with what is the system.
- They need to be comfortable communicating with internal teams (tax, etc) and external customers.
- Need to have good analytical skills, are customer service oriented and adaptable.
- Position is in Houston and they will need to come to the office one-day per week. Schedule is normal business hours (approx. 9-5).
- A college degree is preferred, but they are fine with someone with 4+ years of relevant experience and high school/GED.
