Role Overview:
Support human subject research studies focused on next-generation Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality (VR/AR/MR) experiences. Work with interdisciplinary researchers on experiments, data collection, participant coordination, and lab operations.

- Set up and manage lab equipment and experiment spaces
- Conduct human subject experiments (consent collection, protocol execution, confidential data handling, reporting)
- Annotate data and create basic reports
- Assist with participant recruitment and scheduling
- Conduct literature reviews and support experimental design/documentation
- Provide feedback on research workflows and study design
Essential Requirements (Must Have)
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Computer Science (HCI), Engineering (Human Factors), or related research fields
Experience:
- 3+ years overall experience
- Experience supporting human subjects research / behavioral experiments
- Comfortable working in research environments and following protocols
Physical Requirements (Mandatory):
- Ability to wear a precision wearable data-collection device on hand/forearm for long durations
- Maintain fine motor control/manual dexterity while wearing devices
- Hand size requirement:
- Hand breadth: 95 mm
- Hand length: 195 mm
- Photo of hand measurements must be submitted with resume
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience analyzing data or designing research protocols
- Experience with user interaction data collection tools: IMUs, EMG, optical sensing
- Experience working with computers and technical equipment
- 1+ year in research involving human subjects
