Elevation AI is an AI-native operating system designed for demanding organizations in private markets. The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with key executives in family offices and private equity firms.
Responsibilities:
- Execute disciplined outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Rapidly follow up on event and conference leads with urgency and precision
- Research and map target accounts within our defined ICP
- Qualify prospects to confirm decision-making authority and ICP fit before passing them forward
- Book and confirm pre-qualified executive meetings for our CEO, Sr. Sales Leader, and COO
- Maintain clean, complete CRM records with every touch logged and dispositioned
- Collaborate with leadership to sharpen outreach messaging, targeting, and qualification standards
- Continuously evaluate and adopt AI tools and emerging technologies that improve prospecting quality, research depth, and overall productivity
