Workers’ Compensation Product Management Director

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering, Computer Science)
• 12-15+ years experience in the workers' compensation market with preference for having demonstrated innovation as a claims professional or in product management
• Proven leadership experience in a claims organization or in workers' compensation insurance, healthcare, or technology sectors
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance dynamics and workers' compensation challenges
• Experience leveraging data analytics, AI/ML, or automation technologies to solve complex business problems
• Strategic vision paired with execution excellence
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Masters/MBA preferred
