Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering, Computer Science)
- 12-15+ years experience in the workers' compensation market with preference for having demonstrated innovation as a claims professional or in product management
- Proven leadership experience in a claims organization or in workers' compensation insurance, healthcare, or technology sectors
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance dynamics and workers' compensation challenges
- Experience leveraging data analytics, AI/ML, or automation technologies to solve complex business problems
- Strategic vision paired with execution excellence
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Masters/MBA preferred
