Herdify is a growing B2B SaaS company that delivers behavioural science to consumer brands. They are seeking a machine learning or mathematical researcher to improve their core models and contribute to their behavioural segmentation engine, BeSeEn, while presenting research findings to the founding team and senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Research and experimentation of methods for improving model performance, including new data sets and incorporating network and behavioural science findings
- Research and experimentation of deploying model outputs to solve business problems such as marketing targeting, logistic planning and product launches
- Design and develop features that implement the results of those experiments as enhancements in the product
- Support teams in the rollout of new features into the portal and to customers
- Contribute to identifying and prioritising areas for research and improvement, through the analysis of user and market data
- Deliver occasional professional services projects when required
- Manage research and experimentation projects for the purposes of PR or marketing content
