They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to work with Sales, Product, and AI/Research teams to meet customer needs and demonstrate product capabilities, requiring a strong background in enterprise software solutions and customer success skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business value through science-based AI use cases for customers and prospects
- Present and demonstrate NobleAI VIP Platform capabilities to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team and be the technology evangelist for NobleAI solutions
- Lead implementation activities with internal AI, Product, and Engineering teams
- Ensure successful customer delivery through various technical and support activities
- Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 30% of time)
