Regalo Health is a fast-growing, nationally recognized patient services provider. They are seeking a Strategic Business Product Manager to operationalize product strategy and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and managing partnerships effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Operationalize and maintain the product roadmap in partnership with the SVP of Strategic Initiatives, translating strategic direction into prioritized, execution-ready plans that balance near-term partner needs against longer-term platform investments
- Design reusable product components and workflows that power core business processes and reduce friction for downstream teams
- Surface patterns across partnerships and recommend platform investments versus one-off builds
- Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and drive continuous improvement based on data and user feedback
- Own requirements intake from external partners — triaging, clarifying, and documenting all incoming needs before they reach internal teams
- Translate ambiguous partner requirements into precise, engineering-ready specifications with clear context, acceptance criteria, and documented trade-offs
- Maintain the partnership at the working level through regular cadences, proactive status communication, and mutual accountability
- Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-facing product issues, driving resolution with urgency and transparency
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, compliance, data, and pharmacy teams as the trusted advisor and integrator for all stakeholders
- Bridge the gap between operational and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product development lifecycle
- Untangle complex, interdependent systems and translate them into scalable, well-sequenced solutions
- Clearly articulate product direction, technical challenges, and business value across diverse audiences — from engineers to senior leadership
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a closely related function, preferably in healthcare technology or life sciences services
- Direct experience in Patient Support Programs (PSPs), Patient Assistance Programs (PAP), and/or free drug dispensing workflows
- Strong working knowledge of hub services, including benefits verification, prior authorization, copay, and PAP
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturer ecosystems
- Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable, engineered product solutions
- Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, GxP, GDP, or equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, technology, or related field
- Experience managing requirements for a pharmaceutical manufacturer partnership, including patient support programs, hub services, or market access programs
- Familiarity with CRM platforms used in patient services or hub environments
- Experience as the first or founding PM at an organization or within a new product function
- MBA, MPH or advanced degree
