ServiceTitan is the operating system for the trades, and they are seeking a Staff Product Manager for Equipment Diagnostics & Field AI. This role focuses on defining how AI and next-generation hardware can transform technician workflows and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for equipment diagnostics, from improving the core technician experience to expanding diagnostic intelligence across the platform
- Drive adoption across the various trades and personas operating on ServiceTitan, creating a truly loved and invaluable experience
- Build a platform layer of diagnostics that can be leveraged across multiple AI powered workflows throughout the product
- Create and Own a the strategy for the equipment data graph that will power multiple workflows
- Lead customer discovery with technicians and service operators to deeply understand real diagnostic workflows and where AI can have the highest impact, not just building AI for AI sake
- Partner with engineering, data science, and design to build intelligent, reliable, and fast experiences that work in real field conditions
- Contribute to the broader roadmap for how AI transforms the field service workflow in the physical world
Requirements:
- 7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping and scaling complex products
- Experience building AI-powered or intelligent systems products — you understand what it takes to make AI reliable, trustworthy, and actually useful in practice
- Strong mobile product instincts: you understand the constraints and opportunities of building for workers in the field
- A diagnostic mindset: you're energized by low-adoption problems, and you know how to separate UX issues from positioning issues from product gaps
- Comfort working across ambiguous problem spaces and iterating toward clarity with customers and data
- Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, data science and Go-To-Market teams
- Ability to conduct complex data analysis to inform product decisions and direction
- Experience partnering with third parties to build collaborative products
- Experience with products where the end user is doing physical, time-pressured work — field service, logistics, industrial, healthcare, or similar environments
