AI Practice Lead

BizCloud Experts is seeking an AI Practice Lead to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions. The role involves defining AI engineering standards, establishing code quality controls, and building AI capability across the engineering organization.

Responsibilities:

• Define AI engineering standards: agentic frameworks, RAG guidelines, LLM selection criteria, prompt engineering, guardrails, testing and validation
• Author and own technical specifications for all AI SOWs, partnering with the Director of AI on solution architecture
• Establish and enforce guardrails for AI-generated and AI-related code: review standards, PR quality, rework prevention
• Define responsible AI standards: bias evaluation, model explainability, data privacy, PII handling, compliance
• Lead the AI Bootcamp initiative to upskill engineers across the organization
• Ensure code quality and perform regular code reviews on all AI deliverables
• Evaluate senior AI hires and build AI engineering capability across the team
• Publish content and run workshops on AI engineering patterns and production operations
