Product Manager - Agent Twin

Scaled Cognition is seeking a Product Manager for Agent Twin to shape a core part of the company’s future. This role requires an exceptional blend of technical depth, customer obsession, and visionary leadership to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Agent Twin.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Agent Twin
• Be obsessively focused on customer discovery, interviewing users, and translating complex customer experience (CX) challenges into clear product requirements
• Design ideal customer journeys and novel interaction patterns for agent development, driven by a deep understanding of user experience
• Leverage your technical skills (Python/AI coding tools) to build quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts, communicating complex ideas clearly to engineering
• Partner with engineering and research to ensure the transition from transcript data to production-grade agents is seamless, reliable, and scalable
