Responsibilities:
- Gather and define both business and technical requirements across multiple teams
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements (42 CFR Part 2) into actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams
- Drive clarity in an evolving/ambiguous environment and proactively ask questions
- Support documentation including workflows, process maps, and system requirements
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong experience with 42 CFR Part 2 data
- Healthcare or healthcare data background
- Experience leading requirements sessions across cross-functional teams
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to convert regulatory/legal requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with tools like Visio (process flows, diagrams)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Teams
- Prefer HIE (Health Information Exchange) experience
