lead and manage a key domain— Technical, Clinical/Functional, or Site Deployment within a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation
drive planning, execution, coordination, and oversight of assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements
serve as the primary point of contact for the workstream and facilitate collaboration among technical teams, clinical partners, site leadership, vendor organizations, and senior management
oversee all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment preparation, go-live execution, and post-deployment optimization
ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and security standards
identify, document, escalate, and resolve risks and issues impacting workstream activities
deliver concise and accurate updates to leaders and executives
develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards, metrics, and workstream reports
Requirements
5+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in electronic health records (EHR)
3+ years of direct project management and stakeholder engagement experience supporting EHR activities for a software as a service (SaaS) managed EHR solution
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
