They are currently hiring for an Automotive Enterprise Sales Executive to expand their team and support a growing roster of clients by developing strategic relationships and executing sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute dealership group sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise-level dealerships
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments; adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives
- Document all strategies and activities and keep pipeline and opportunity value documents up to date in the CRM system
- Continuously assess and improve the sales process
- THIS IS A CLOSING ROLE and requires the ability to pursue, manage, and close new strategic accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a successful track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices in the enterprise market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in CRM systems and other sales-related software tools
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and effectively navigate the complexities of the enterprise market
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and have access to a motor vehicle
- Ability to travel as needed to meet prospective clients and attend industry events
