Experis is a global technology and cloud infrastructure leader seeking a Non‑IT Program Manager – Networking Supply Chain. In this role, you will manage end-to-end order fulfillment while coordinating with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure executional excellence, driving inventory management and resolving fulfillment issues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end‑to‑end order fulfillment to meet aggressive cycle‑time targets through coordination with internal stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third‑party fulfillment and supplier partners to ensure executional excellence
• Drive inventory management, purchase order delivery, substitutions, and supplier performance
• Identify, escalate, and resolve fulfillment issues end‑to‑end to unblock data center execution
• Support optimization efforts tied to AI and cloud infrastructure growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience executing end‑to‑end order fulfillment or supply chain operations
• Strong tracking, reporting, and cycle‑time management skills
• Operational awareness with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• PMI or PMP certification
