Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a driven IT Business Analyst to join their team remotely from Pennsylvania. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating those needs into functional specifications, and leading process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Lead or support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions
- Ensure deliverables are completed with minimal supervision and high accountability
Requirements:
- 15+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business/system requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management, working with business stakeholders, IT teams, product managers, and operations teams
- 6+ years of experience in Process Improvement and Gap Analysis, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Experience coordinating between IT, QA/Quality teams, operations, and business users
- Experience in the Life Sciences domain is a plus
