Adobe is a well-established corporation seeking a Business Analyst 3 to optimize their Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem. The role involves partnering with Global Talent Acquisition Operations to translate business needs into actionable requirements and support improvements in Workday Recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and design sessions to convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Perform impact analysis across Workday Recruiting and downstream integrations to prevent risk
- Develop and own end-to-end testing strategy, plans, scenarios, and scripts
- Execute QA and manage defects to ensure timely identification and resolution
- Partner with operations to facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Perform basic Workday Recruiting configuration (business process modifications, notifications, alerts, questionnaires)
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems Analysis roles
- Direct experience with Workday Recruiting testing and basic configuration
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows
- Experience with QA/UAT methodologies and defect management
- Ability to perform system impact analysis across integrations and downstream processes
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on data accuracy and system integrity
- Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in business terms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience working with HR systems, integrations, and SaaS platforms
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and analysis
