Citi is a global financial institution seeking a Vice President for their Global Trade Product Sales in Financial Institutions. The role involves driving strategy, revenue growth, and market share expansion while engaging directly with key clients and acting as a subject matter expert in Trade products.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute growth opportunities across corridors, markets, and FI segments
- Drive revenue expansion, market share growth, and competitive positioning. Lead delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives
- Lead high-impact client engagements, including pitches, strategic reviews, and negotiations. Act as a Product Sales SME in client interactions, providing deep expertise on Trade and Services solutions
- Partner with FI Sales teams globally to increase client wallet share and revenue quality
- Act as the central interface between FI Sales and Trade Product teams. Ensure product strategy reflects evolving client needs and market dynamics
- Oversee global FI Trade portfolio performance, including revenue and profitability. Monitor trends, identify growth drivers, and address underperformance or attrition
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Risk, and regional leadership. Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated client solutions
