Role Overview
- Responsible for managing key customer relationships
- Expanding ZTR's reach Globally and in North America
- Developing the marketing DNA of ZTR
- Implementing and maintaining sales processes for growth
- Overseeing marketing and profit/loss estimations
- Guiding and mentoring the Commercial team
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Presenting sales achievements and updates to the executive team
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a senior sales professional
- 10+ years in a sales managerial related role
- Experience selling to the Freight Railway industry
- SaaS and services experience is an asset
- Technically savvy with previous experience in Railway, Industrial Engineered Solutions or hard Products
- Proven ability to generate sales leads
- Experienced in managing agents or manufacturing representatives
- Established strategic sales planning and execution experience for Commercial teams
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Skilled in delivering technical sales presentations
