AI Business Analyst

Vero is an innovative AI infrastructure startup collaborating with NVIDIA and other key organizations. The AI Business Analyst will identify opportunities to leverage AI for optimizing workflows and improving efficiency, working closely with various teams and the C-suite to implement impactful AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities across the business where AI can automate, augment, or optimize workflows and processes
• Design, test, and refine prompts for LLM-based applications and internal AI tools (Claude preferred)
• Build AI-driven workflows using modern GenAI tooling, APIs, and orchestration frameworks
• Partner with engineering, operations, product, and leadership teams to implement solutions that deliver measurable business impact
• Evaluate and improve output quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI systems
• Stay current with developments across the rapidly evolving AI and LLM ecosystem
• Help define AI best practices, governance, and scalable internal adoption strategies

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI technologies
• Expertise creating solutions with Claude and OpenAI
• Ability to think critically about workflows, systems, and business processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations, copilots, or internal tooling
• Comfortable experimenting rapidly in a fast-moving startup environment
• Genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies
