Particula is a company that builds the future of play by reinventing classic games with AI and connectivity. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to own day-to-day execution across social channels and help grow the Particula brand through engaging content and community interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Run our social channels. Plan, create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed), YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X
- Turn product launches, customer wins, and behind-the-scenes moments into scroll-stopping short-form video and posts
- Stay close to what's working on social right now — formats, sounds, memes, creators — and translate that into Particula content quickly
- Work with athletes, chess creators, cubing personalities, family creators, and educators to amplify Particula across audiences
- Read comments, reply where it matters, and surface insights back to the team
- Help run holiday, product-launch, and always-on campaigns end to end — from brief to assets to post-launch recap
- Draft email newsletters, blog posts, product page copy, ad copy, and influencer briefs
- Track engagement, reach, saves, watch-time, CTR, and conversion. Share what you learn in plain language so the team can act on it
- Use Claude to draft, edit, and iterate on copy, briefs, scripts, hashtags, and content ideas — and know when to override the AI
- Build and refine prompts, templates, and lightweight workflows that the rest of the team can reuse
- Try new AI tools (image, video, voice, automation) and bring back what's worth keeping
