Accion Labs is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst with expertise in intelligent automation and AI operations. The role is centered around optimizing enterprise workflows and operational processes within large-scale telecom infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities:
- Driving intelligent automation and AI-enabled operational transformation initiatives within large-scale telecom infrastructure environments
- Optimizing enterprise workflows, operational processes, and cross-functional business systems supporting tower operations, field services, asset management, and enterprise operations
Requirements:
- 10 + years of experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Analyst
- Strong experience in process automation, workflow optimization, and business analysis
- Solid understanding of enterprise technology landscape (systems, integrations, data flows)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, or data exchange patterns
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience with distributed engineering teams
- Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, and process modeling
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A strong Tech-focused BA/Product Owner who can bridge business needs and technical implementation
- Understand cloud, APIs, and system integrations (without being hands-on coding)
- Identify and deliver automation-driven process improvements
- Work effectively across business and engineering teams
