Requirements:
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying patterns
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to support collaboration and outreach efforts
- Knowledge of Growth Hacking strategies to identify and implement innovative customer acquisition methods
- Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to contribute to outreach and engagement campaigns
- Project Management skills to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with e-commerce or DTC business models is a plus
