Coralogix is a modern observability platform that enhances operational efficiency by transforming how businesses process and understand their data. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will engage with technical prospects, develop a deep understanding of the observability landscape, and generate high-quality sales opportunities through strategic outreach and collaboration with Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Generate high-quality sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting into Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts across the US
- Observability Subject Matter Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the Observability landscape (Logs, Metrics, Traces) to engage in meaningful discovery calls with DevOps and Engineering leaders
- Strategic Outreach: Craft highly personalized, value-based messaging that speaks to the specific pain points of modern cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Microservices)
- AE Partnership: Collaborate daily with Account Executives to build and execute territory plans, account mapping, and multi-threaded outreach
- Full Stack Prospecting (Tools): Master the use of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and AI Tools like Claude, Gemini, GPT, etc. to optimize your sales funnel
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on competitors and articulate Coralogix's unique competitive advantages
