About this role
Role Overview
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with ideal customer profiles.
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and sales objectives.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within the CRM.
Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
Meet or exceed weekly activity and meeting-booked goals.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment.
Experience with SaaS, technology, marketing, or professional services sales.
Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
