TestSprite is an autonomous AI testing agent for modern engineering teams, focusing on backend APIs and frontend web apps. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage revenue from strategic accounts, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with high-level engineering executives.
Responsibilities:
- Run the full cycle end-to-end on strategic accounts: outbound, discovery, technical demos, POC scoping, security review, procurement, close
- Run technical demos and lead engineering-room conversations on your own — no SE in the room
- Build and execute account plans for named targets, including multi-threaded outreach into engineering leadership
- Partner with engineering and product on POC scoping and translate customer signal into roadmap input
- Negotiate commercials, navigate SOC 2 and vendor onboarding, drive deals to signature
- Sharpen ICP, qualification, competitive positioning, and pricing as we learn what works
