Cority is a market leader in EHS+ solutions, helping customers manage risks across their operations. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the AI platform that powers their software, focusing on day-to-day delivery, prototyping, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Work hands-on with engineering to write user stories, manage the backlog, drive sprint execution, and remove blockers
- Own and prioritize the roadmap for Cority’s AI platform in partnership with engineering and stakeholders across the business
- Build quick prototypes and run A/B tests to validate ideas before they enter the roadmap
- Be the connective tissue between engineering, product teams, and leadership
- Champion trust, security, and data governance as foundational platform requirements
- Own the tools and processes that keep the team running, including Aha, Jira, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
- Partner with domain PMs to validate platform capabilities through prototypes and experiments
Requirements:
- 10+ years in product management, with a strong track record of working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment
- Experience working on AI products in a production environment. You understand what makes AI products different to build, test, and ship
- Has taken AI features from concept through production and owned them post-launch, improving quality, responding to failures, and iterating based on real-world signal
- Experience operationalizing agentic systems in production, managing failure modes and the complexity that comes with multi-agent workflows
- Has owned observability and evaluation for AI products in production. You can define what good looks like, track it over time, and use signal to drive improvement
- A builder by default. When faced with a hard question, your instinct is to prototype it, run an experiment, or ship a working demo, not to schedule a meeting or write a spec
- Comfortable using modern AI-assisted tooling, and able to pick up new tools quickly as the landscape evolves
- Treats experimentation as a core part of the PM job. You design experiments, define success metrics up front, and let real-world signal drive decisions instead of opinion
- Proven ability to write clear user stories, manage complex backlogs, and drive delivery in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable working in a high-paced environment where priorities shift, decisions are made with incomplete information, and progress matters more than perfection
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working across engineering, product, and executive audiences
- Treats security, safety guardrails, data governance, and trust as foundational design decisions from day one
- Proficient with Aha and Jira (or equivalent), and experienced running agile ceremonies that keep engineering teams on track
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or EHS background is a strong plus
