Engagement Manager

AI Aspire is Dr. Andrew Ng's advisory firm focused on guiding enterprises through their AI transformation journeys. The Engagement Manager will own client relationships, lead AI consulting engagements, and help transform how enterprises think about and act on AI.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage client relationships across AI Aspire's enterprise portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI consulting engagements, from scoping and planning through execution and follow-up
• Present to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Partner with internal teams — trainers, engineers, and leadership — to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements
• Support business development efforts by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and helping to close new business
• Help develop go-to-market materials, proposals, and client-facing communications
• Navigate enterprise and organizational complexities to get things done effectively
