BravoTran is a software company serving the global freight forwarding and international logistics industry. They are seeking a strategic and tactical Marketing Manager to modernize and scale their go-to-market efforts, focusing on demand generation and account-based marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute ABM campaigns targeting a defined set of high-value freight forwarding accounts
- Develop outbound-support campaigns that improve engagement with sales outreach
- Create and optimize multi-touch campaigns across different channels
- Partner closely with sales to improve targeting, messaging, sequencing, and conversion rates
- Test and iterate on subject lines, calls-to-action, content, and channels to improve campaign performance
- Help create more structured conference and event marketing programs, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
- Translate complex operational and financial workflows into clear messaging for logistics audiences
- Own HubSpot marketing workflows, campaign tracking, reporting, and automation
- Analyze campaign performance and pipeline contribution
- Build repeatable processes around campaign execution and lead engagement
- Track ROI across channels and double down on what works
- Help establish clear marketing KPIs tied to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Strong experience in demand generation and/or ABM
- Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience functioning as a highly autonomous individual contributor
- Deep familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Proven ability to partner effectively with sales teams
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Excellent written communication and content development skills
- Experience marketing to niche or highly defined B2B customer segments
- Experience supporting international or global customer bases
- Experience marketing into logistics, supply chain, or operational software environments
