Cypress HCM is seeking a Customer Marketing Lead to join the Business Professionals & Consumers Marketing team. This role involves leading the planning and execution of high-profile marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and always-on programs aligned to business priorities and customer insights
- Develop integrated marketing briefs connecting strategy, audience, creative, channels, and measurement
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, Regional Marketing, and external agencies to execute campaigns
- Create marketing plans and tactical execution strategies including stakeholder management, timelines, approvals, and launch coordination
- Provide strategic input during creative reviews to ensure work is impactful, customer-first, and on-brand
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and apply insights to optimize future programs
- Review product releases and determine how marketing tactics should evolve to support new features and launches
- Communicate program updates across regional and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and execution momentum
- Mentor junior team members and help scale marketing management best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or marketing management
- Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of brand, digital, social, media, and content marketing channels
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience partnering with creative teams, media teams, product marketing, and agencies
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrixed environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign insights into action
