Variphy, Inc. is a growing company that emphasizes a strong culture and the success of its employees. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their sales team by driving new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting into organizations of all sizes through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers and scheduling meetings for the sales team
- Researching accounts and finding the right IT and business contacts
- Following up on marketing leads and inbound inquiries
- Helping maintain and update CRM records and activity tracking
- Working closely with Account Executives on territory and account strategy
- Learning how organizations use Cisco collaboration tools and where Variphy can provide value
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate business value
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and coachable mindset
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience preferred
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outreach tools is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., using AI for research, personalization, or productivity) is a plus
