Accion Labs is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and divestiture programs, focused on IT transformation activities. The role involves leading complex cross-functional initiatives related to IT integration and operational readiness across multiple business units.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for M&A integration and divestiture initiatives with a strong focus on IT infrastructure and operational transition activities
- Manage complex infrastructure and IT workstreams including:
- Data center migrations
- Network and connectivity transitions
- Identity and access management
- End-user computing
- Application separation/integration
- Cloud and security alignment
- Coordinate and drive execution across multiple departments including Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, governance reporting, timelines, and executive dashboards
- Facilitate executive steering committee and ELT meetings, providing concise updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Identify risks proactively and drive resolution through collaboration and escalation management
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, IT strategy, and operational execution throughout transition programs
- Establish strong communication channels across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure milestones, deliverables, and transition commitments are met
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience in enterprise IT environments
- Proven hands-on experience managing M&A integration and/or divestiture projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and transition planning
- Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and departments
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading executive-level governance and steering committee meetings
- Strong organizational, risk management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to operate independently in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
- Experience in large enterprise or consulting environments
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications
- Familiarity with ITIL, infrastructure operations, and cybersecurity governance
- Experience with enterprise collaboration and PM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Clarity
