Acting as a key enabler of project governance, including milestone tracking, KPI monitoring, reporting, and decision-support for senior leadership
Driving execution excellence across projects, ensuring alignment with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
Translating strategic priorities into actionable project roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are directly linked to business goals and measurable outcomes
Supporting the definition and execution of corporate and functional strategies, including transformation programs and strategic initiatives
Developing business cases, financial analyses, and benchmarking insights to support strategic decision-making
Managing cross-functional programs and stakeholder alignment, ensuring coordination across business, operations, and corporate functions
Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, connecting leadership vision with operational delivery
Driving continuous improvement and transformation, including process optimization, standardization, and digital enablement
Strengthening project management culture across the organization through coaching, challenge, and adoption of best practices
Leveraging data and digital tools to enable transparent, data-driven project steering and performance management

Strong experience (5+ years) in strategy consulting, corporate strategy functions, PMO, or transformation roles, ideally within complex organizations or consulting firms
Proven ability to structure and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects with clear governance and measurable impact
Solid background in corporate strategy, transformation, or business management, with the ability to link projects to strategic objectives
Strong analytical capabilities, including business case development, financial literacy, and performance tracking
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management at senior levels, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
Experience in executive communication, translating complex topics into clear, concise, and impactful narratives
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks
High ownership mindset, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong delivery focus
Fluency in English
