Senior Project Manager

Global Technical Talent is an Inc. 5000 Company that specializes in staffing services across various sectors. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver projects in the bank card space, providing leadership and direction to teams while coordinating with business and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management
• Demonstrate exposure to financial management with respect to tracking, forecasting and managing project budgets
• Make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
• Facilitate strong facilitation skills across project teams
• Demonstrate commitment to team skills development and ability to attract top talent
• Function as a team player with ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
• Create and foster a cohesive team, and promote a positive work environment for all employees
• Think strategically and possess strong business acumen
• Demonstrate proven ability to stay focused under pressure, demonstrating resilience in challenging situations
• Serve as an experienced change agent, able to guide cross-functional teams through complex change from concept to execution
• Remain comfortable with ambiguity and ability to cope with rapid change
• Exercise strong leadership skills by leading by example, championing change and developing a highly motivated team to consistently exceed expectations
• Apply good judgment to determine which issues to escalate versus to resolve independently, and provide suggestions for possible resolution
• Measure performance by project compliancy, on-time delivery, and within-budget execution
• Interact primarily with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience working in large organizations on complex projects
• Undergraduate degree
• Project Management Certification (ideal)
